Resume continuous monitoring for an identity

Re-enables continuous AML monitoring on a previously-paused identity. The identity must have a stored provider search ID (i.e. an AML screen must have been run previously) and must not currently be archived. Re-enables both the local monitoring flag and the provider-side monitoring (CA is_monitored=true).

API version date string (e.g. 2026-02-01). If omitted, the version pinned to your API key is used.

Unique key for idempotent requests. Cached for 24 hours. Sending the same key with different parameters returns 422.
